We’re very excited to announce that Rigamortis: A Zombie Love Story received the Audience Choice award at the Cedar Rapids Independent Film Festival this weekend!!!! A massive thank you to everyone who came out to support the film and voted for us. This was our premiere for Rigamortis and we couldn’t be happier about receiving this award, we’re a big fan of audiences and even bigger fans of them being fans of us, so thank you!

We’ve had quite a few questions about purchasing the film and soundtrack, and while it’s not yet available it is coming soon to an Internet near you, so be sure to keep an eye out for us on the interwebs, twitternets, and facetubes and if you’re interested in having updates conveniently delivered to the inbox of your choice, make sure to sign up for Rigamortis: A Mailing List on the homepage!

We have finished principle photography on Rigamortis: A Zombie Love Story.  It was an amazing and unforgettable experience; we ransacked a bar, shut down an entire town and set a few fires.

Now it’s time to start editing.  We’ll keep you updated throughout the process to let you know when to possibly expect a final cut.  In the meantime keep your eyes open for extra special updates *ahem* trailer *ahem* tell every last one of your friends about Rigamortis.  Word-of-mouth will play a huge role in this film’s success, so start mouthing-off.  But in a polite kind of way.

Rigamortis: A Zombie Love Story takes place shortly after humanity has put down a recent zombie outbreak. The last two zombies left “undead” are looking for their place in the world, while one lonely zombie hunter’s newfound fame and glory can’t fill the hole in his heart left by the recent loss of his now undead love. The characters are forced to confront zombies, angry mobs, double-barreled shotguns, and an ever-dangerous thing called love, until fate brings them all face to face in an explosive finale!
